✅ Missing Parts/Accessories – Incomplete product as per the listing.
❌ Personalized/Custom-Made Products (e.g., engraved items, made-to-order goods).
❌ Perishable & Consumable Items (e.g., food, cosmetics, hygiene products).
❌ Digital Products (e.g., software, e-books, gift cards).
❌ Products without Original Packaging/Tags.
You must request a return within 2 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging.

2 Go to "My Orders" and select the item for return.
3 Choose a reason and submit the request.
4 Seller Approval – The seller will review and approve/reject within 2 business days.
5 Return Shipping – If approved, you will receive return instructions.
Buyer Pays – If the return is due to a change of mind.
Seller Pays – If the product is defective/wrongly shipped.
If only part of the order is returned, a partial refund will be issued.
